2009 was the hundredth year of attempting to control the spread of narcotics. In this considerble span the vague idea of a Drug Free World has actually meant a losing adjustment with a Free Drug World. And the War on Drugs was such a rotten idea that today no one takes it seriously.  

A little while ago eight people experienced in narcotics addiction and enforcement wonderd why over the past hundred years only narcotics trafficking and drug addiction has improved. Why has there been no  improvement in curbing supply and demand? The Institute of Narcotics Studies and Analysis is the result. We hope to make a difference.  

We take up projects, advise, survey, analyse and try to find solutions for all kinds of headaches that narcotics cause.
